Pike provided construction management at risk services for the construction of a new Medical Office Building (MOB ) for St. Lawrence Health System. The project consisted of a 60,000 SF building. The upper floors (floors 2 and 3) were fit-out as a medical office building. The medical office building includes full MRI, X-Ray, and infusion suites.

Along with the MOB, Pike managed over $4 million of sitework on a 300 acre site. A large portion of this work was in the NYSDOT right of way, so coordination with the DOT was managed daily. The ground floor is being reserved for a future Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
